1) Become a USA Lacrosse Member

2) Submit for a background check through the USA Lacrosse portal

3) When in your USA Lacrosse Profile, click 'My Transcript'

4) Select the training level you wish to engage in and complete

5) Make sure you submit for your reimbursement to our Treasurer, Ainsley Stapleton at astapes@gmail.com.
